I'm talking now
New art has been added throughout my Project Art Page. Also, added sketches, drawings from my art journal. They are in my Private Collection Art Page. Must scroll down to see them. My final version of Impatien Dreams is just past the last picture I added months ago of my Impatien Dreams pictures, to my Project Art page. I think it's real close to the photograph I want for adding it to my print site. Will continue to work on getting that perfect photograph. Just a note to add: There was half an hour or so in delay in getting the photographs uploaded, because my browser suddenly decided to crash on me, and would not let me back in. Sorry about that! I needed to update everything because I haven't been on my computer for nearly a week. I'm still healing with the cellulitis. Very slow to heal but there is much improvement thus far. Have a happy hump day! Janet

Hey peeps,
I have some photographs, and I'm about to upload them. Some are my latest pieces, and some come from my large art journal/scrapbook. I think I can add one of them to my art print site. We shall see, eh? Peace Well, I missed my own date on plans to add work to my website. You noticed that, huh? My sincere apologies for the long delay. I started to feel better after starting treatment for cellulitis, and bronchitis. By the third day of taking meds, I was feeling pretty good. I'm setting up my plans to get those art works ready for photographs, but a day later, I'm not feeling so good after all. The meds, they sometimes add other problems. I had to start a second bottle of antibiotics 4 days ago, because the skin was healing, just not fast enough. I do see much better improvement on my skin infection, and I am coughing a lot less.
Today was not a bad day. I got in some photographs of one of my latest completed works. The color is not coming out true to one of them. I don't know how purple turns to blue with my camera, but it does. I will fiddle with the color settings another time. I just wanted to update why my absence. So long as the meds keep healing, I will keep at the photographs, like I always have to do, until that right, clear picture. I am blessed with patient friends. Considering my life is filled with health issues, and are the cause of my world in art to move along so slowly, it is reassuring to know that some, as they have expressed to me, find my work worth waiting for. What an awesome compliment. Thank you. :) Peace Sorry for the pictures delay. Got myself sick, and put off seeing a Dr until I realized the skin on one of my legs was becoming infected. Started on meds Saturday, and feeling the improvements already.
I will be working once again on taking some photos of my finished artworks. Older ones that i had put off, and my new ones. On the new drawings, one is a goth theme, and the other, I'll just share the title, and let your imagination deal with it until I gt it uploaded. Hopefully, by the weekend, or during the weekend. However, I will share the title. The Rock Of Prayer Warrior. I don't think I have said yet, but I have pictures of the final version of my "Impatien Dreams." drawing. I took a chance with it, and made some slight changes. Compared to the last picture I shared of it, it will really stand out what I did differently to it. On a side note: I was suppose to have a portrait I sketched for a friend redone sometime in August, and now it is September, and I did not get it completed. There was a most interesting sidetrack in redoing that portrait. It will be quite the surprise to my friend one she see's it. I wanted to mention it here because I know I will probably forget the next time I talk with her. I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend. And for my country, America, Happy Labor Day, America. Peace I just completed the task of adding the four recent artworks I have added to my websites. They are Now Available For Prints!
My original Bengal Tiger artwork, I will also be offering for sale. The price is currently on my printing site. I will include it on my projects page where I share the picture. I hope you enjoy your weekend. Peace, Janet Well, I've been trying for a few weeks now to get all the art works I was waiting for a good photograph, to get some of the art works I shared a few years back available for prints. I just added four of them. They are in my projects page. I am still working on more photographs of other artworks. The wild horses drawing, Angel eyes, and the new drawing I finished last week. All I'm doing is taking picture after picture until I get that just right one. I have been a all over my apartment, finding the right light, the right position, whatever, just to get a good photo. I've been through this for a few years, but I'm tired of waiting. Waiting for a new camera, a better environment, anything that might help for this project within my means I'm trying. I'm done waiting. I'm just doing it, one way or another.
I hope you have a great night. Janet oops! I should have mentioned in my last comments that I shared the new photographs in "My Art Projects" link, and in the page Photographs of work I'm going to sell original. Under the "More" page, scroll to the bottom link. A total of 4 photographs of artwork already seen but not set up for prints. The newest art works will go up last. More to come, until I get them right. Workin hard at it.
Yep, I'm trying again with my own camera. The outside photo venture was not working. This place is too busy in the day with people out, and about, and traffic going by, and then the heat comes on early. My little tripod was always moving on me, even though I brought a stool for it out with me. It was no easier to use the tripod then using my hands. So, better lighting indoors was necessary. I am working either in my kitchen, which has the brightest lights in my place, or in my living room area with the bright morning sunshine coming through the large window. I'm not a morning person, so I have to work at getting up before the sunlight moves away from the windows. I have a good dozen artworks I need clear photographs of. I have managed to work the flash from showing on my work. Now it's just getting the photo clear, and bright for future prints. I have shared 3 or 4 of my latest photographs so far. Only one that is good enough for prints, but I'm sharing the differences in how they come out.
I'm having a real hard time with my mustangs artwork. It's large, and graphite, and not a single picture comes out the same, but for blurry. My signature is always coming out blurry, too. I will keep at it, until I am happy with every single one of them, and can offer them up in prints. I've got to get this done. I have other artwork projects to get started on. Imma gonna git thar! LOL Have a great week! Janet That camera I borrowed was a joke. I found out after the fact that it had been dropped several times by my neighbors grandchildren. No wonder. The clicker didn't work at all. Waste of time there.
So, I have all this art work to share, and I'm still trying to get photographs. I just finished the latest drawing I was working on. I'm so bummed out right now, that I can't properly share it. This sucks. I tried to get someone to help me move some furnishings to get to a window in my room for better indoor lighting. It's very heavy, and there are only very disabled people living around me. Where is a young, strong hunk when ya need one? Huh!? LOL... There is a solution, I know there is, I just have to find it! Don't give up on me, yet. . I've been sick the whole weekend. I rarely have a problem with generic meds, but a new generic brand has worked it's way into my system, and in the most unpleasant ways, it, with everything else has worked it's way right back out. I'm sluggish, and in a little pain, but I stopped taking them, and will have them replaced very soon. That's the latest. I just need to get those pictures! Peace Taking a break from art, internet, photographs for a day or so. Getting a bit of help with a better camera. Not mine, but it seems to take some better pictures. It has all these filters that go with it to make the indoor lighting of a photo look cleaner. Making some adjustments until a nice, clean photograph. Just trying to produce at least one good sample while making the camera adjustments. It's a bit intimidating to work with. So many buttons! I dunno... At this slow pace I'm always stuck in, I'll likely have the current secret drawing finished for a picture of it, too. That will be a good thing, huh? I think I have kept everyone waiting long enough, all though not intentional.
My life is stuck on slow gear. I try to speed things up, but there's this curse you see. I drop stuff, and spill things, and make a nice royal mess, while getting myself all agitated enough to want to throw something. That's when I have to stop what I'm doing, get it off my mind, and try again the next day. Life is a booger sometimes. LOL Enjoy the holiday, my friends. Love-N-Peace |
